"In 2018, Capital Resorts Club was rebranded as Capital Vacations Club. Today, the Myrtle Beach-based brand has over 80 destinations for its nearly 400,000 members, and its portfolio is growing all the time. In fact, Capital Vacations Club added 32 resorts to its portfolio in 2022 alone. These new resorts can be found across 15 states, as well as the U.S. Virgin Islands. Note that, as with any vacation ownership program, Capital Vacations Club members are required to pay yearly timeshare maintenance fees. These fees go towards resort enhancements, so each property will be operating at its best standards.
